Rock-A-Sonics on July 6, 2019

What are you doing this Saturday night? Listening to live music poolside, am I right? Beginning at 7 pm, the Rock-A-Sonics will offer their rockabilly, vintage rock sound for us all to enjoy and dance to! Coming from Rockville, Willie Barry, Eric Hurtt, Tom Bowes, Louie Newmyer, and Kim Reynolds are anticipated to be a great concert! (Did you notice that one of the band members is related to our own Brian Hurtt!) Don’t think twice. Pack the cooler to grill out at the pool. Grab your Adelphi Pool carafe and tumblers and get ready for a great night celebrating all that Ken Leonard has done for our beloved pool and community!

Yoga at the Pool on July 7, 2019

Come join us this Sunday at 9 am poolside to practice yoga with friends and neighbors. Last week’s practice was a great success, with 25 people swaying (it was breezy!) in their version of tree pose together. This level 1 align class (poses are not linked by vinyasas or closely tied to the breath) will be accessible to all. We practice under the shade of some beautiful trees to keep cool. Please join us! Book Club on July 30, 2019

The next selection has been chosen: Lisa Jewell’s Then She Was Gone! Get ready for suspense and late nights because you cannot put this one down. Our meeting will take place at 7 pm on July 30. We will supply snacks, but ask that you provide your favorite beverage. See you at book club!

S’mores and Watermelon

Our s’mores tradition will continue at 6:45 pm on Sunday and Watermelon Wednesday lives on this Wednesday at 6:45 pm. Please volunteer to help serve if you can!
