Please find the pool membership form for the 2011 season at the Membership Fees page.

Please complete the form and send it in prior to the May 2, 2011 early bird deadline to get the best summer rates for the pool! Don’t forget to include your maintenance fee or the entire form will be returned.

Should you have questions please email me and I will be happy to assist you.

Make sure to include your email on this form for summer updates and pool closings when necessary.

We are working on building some email enabled membership and notification into this site. Until that's ready, we will be using Google Groups for email notification and this web site in tandem.

We have two main Google Groups for maintaining membership and swim team communications.

I hope everyone is well. We had a very eventful winter, to say the least. I hope everyone is ready for the pool to open.

Please see the attached forms for the 2010 swim season at Adelphi Pool. Please send your application form and dues payment as soon as possible. They can be mailed to the Post Office Box or delivered to my house. You will be asked to complete a Member I.D. Card when you first visit the pool this summer.

ARTICLE II - PURPOSE

The purpose of this non-profit corporation is to promote wholesome recreation in the community, and in performance of that purpose to acquire land and to construct, own and operate a swimming pool and other recreation facilities in the area known as Adelphi, The County of Prince George's, State of Maryland.

ARTICLE XII - AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS

Section 1

These bylaws may be amended by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the dues-paying shareholders in good standing present at a duly held meeting, or by a majority vote if written notice of the proposed amendment has been served on all shareholders at least ten days prior to the meeting.

ARTICLE IX - PROPERTY AND FINANCES

Section 1

Any obligation or expenditure of the corporate assets in excess of $500. requires the prior approval of the Board.

Section 2

Real property may not be conveyed or assigned except after approval of a majority of the dues-paying shareholders present and voting at a meeting specially called for the purpose.
